The light source is a single high-power SMD LED that operates on a 12V power supply. The overall dimensions of the light are 1" in diameter, 1-1/16" in height, and a 3/4" long stud. When equipped with a grommet, the total diameter is 1-3/8", and with a bezel, the diameter is 1-1/2".
